System Access & Onboarding
Login issue
Make sure you’re on your lead system login page, usually something like "yourcompany.leadportal.com," and that the URL shows "/admin" instead of "/partner". If you are having any issues getting to this part, check your emails for the correct URL. Remember, usernames and passwords are case sensitive! If all else fails, you can email helpdesk@boberdoo.com for assistance.
2FA SETTINGS
If you are having issues with Two Factor Authentication or need it enabled, follow our guide. If you’ve lost access or can’t receive codes, our support team can help reset your 2FA. Keeping it active adds an important layer of protection, so update your method whenever you change devices or contact info.

TICKETS
At the top of your system is a "Tickets" button (also found in Settings>Tickets) that will allow you to submit your question or project request. Watch our How To video on creating a support ticket.
